Description
I hunted and looked at video's and stills of the Warlock in action (not many at all) and I re-created the armor material in photoshop. This time it was no quickie as the previous render was - this one took quite a while to do. I also created the spec/reflection map and the bump map for the armor while at it.
The armor has the pattern in it which is supposedly part of the "armor web" that is built into the crystalline-plasteel armor. The Armor Web is meant to be charged while in battle and it supposedly greatly reduces damage from energy weapons.
I purposely rendered this just a little dark so that the hull lighting and windows showed up good.

Wow a Warlock! I didn't even know about this ship until I saw it on b5tech.com. I really with they would have shown it in the show. At least she got a odern CGI cameo in the lost tales. You did a really great job with the textures. Making starship textures is something I'm working on right now. Can you recommend any tutorials?
